CONFERENCE FEE

The conference fee for all participants is 165 EUR + 23% VAT.

Registrations are also possible after that date, however the rate for late registrations will be 210 EUR + 23% VAT.

The conference fee entitles the participants to:

  • attend the Conference and the Exhibition
  • proceedings and other written materials
  • participation in all side events that will complement the Conference
  • coffee and refreshments during breaks
  • lunches on 12 and 13 May and the dinner on 12 May 2010.

CANCELLATION

Organizers should be informed of any cancellations in written form.

In case the cancellation notice is received not later than 20 April 2010 the organizers will refund the complete conference fee.

If the participation is cancelled by 30 April 2010 50% of the paid fee will be refunded, while in case of cancellation after that date the fee will not be refunded.

Organizers will refund the conference fees or parts thereof after the end of the Conference and not later than 25 May 2010, to all participants who cancel their participation in accordance with the above quoted deadlines.

We would like to emphasize that the registration becomes valid upon receipt by the organizers of the confirmation that the registration fee has been paid.
