The organizers would like to emphasize that the registration becomes valid upon receipt by the organizers of the (bank) confirmation that the registration fee has been paid.

The conference fee entitles the participants to:

  • attend the Conference and the Exhibition between 10 and 12 May 2016 (3 days)
  • proceedings and other written materials
  • participation in all side events that will complement the Conference
  • coffee and refreshments during breaks
  • lunch boxes on 10 and 11 May and a dinner on 10 May 2016.

One-day conference passes will be available at the registration desk for visitors who cannot attend the entire ADRIASPILLCON 2016, at the cost of 100 EUR + 25% VAT. Holders of one-day passes will be entitled to attend the Conference and visit the Exhibition on a specified day, receive Conference proceedings and other materials, and enjoy coffee and refreshments during breaks. One-day pass does not cover lunch, dinner and participation in side events.

CANCELLATION

The participants should inform the organizers of any cancellations in written form.

In case the cancellation notice is received not later than 25 April 2016 the organizers will refund the complete conference fee.

If the participation is cancelled by 3 May 2016 50% of the paid fee will be refunded, while in case of cancellation after that date the fee cannot be refunded.

To all participants who had cancelled their participation in conformity with the above quoted deadlines the organizers will refund the conference fees or parts thereof after the end of the Conference and not later than 20 May 2016.
